Tesla will wind down Cybertruck production at Gigafactory Texas around mid-2027 to make room for Cybercab robotaxis, CEO Elon Musk said Friday on X. Cybertruck sales are down 28% in 2026, roughly a tenth of Tesla’s 250,000-a-year plan, with no firm end date given.
